E Como Previamos ...

A banda Restart reinou absoluta na premiação do Video Music Brasil 2010, da emissora MTV, realizada nesta quinta-feira (16). Os músicos, conhecidos pelas calças justas e coloridas, levaram cinco estatuetas para casa, nas categorias Revelação, Pop, Clipe, Hit e Artista do Ano.

Apesar de terem sido os grandes campeões da noite, os meninos também protagonizaram os momenetos de mais desconforto da premiação. Ao subir ao palco para agradecer pelas conquistas a banda foi recebida com calorosas vaias da platéia. Como já era de se esperar, o assunto gerou bastante repercussão no twitter o termo “Restart Vaiado” apareceu no Trend Topics (mais citados) do microblog.

A cerimônia de entrega dos prêmios do VMB ocorreu no Credicard Hall, São Paulo e foi comandada pelo humorista Marcelo Adnet. Os shows da noite ficaram por conta das bandas Restart, Fresno, Capital Inicial, do cantor Otto e da atração internacional OK Go!.

E o Astronauta de Prata Vai Para ...

E deu ela mais uma vez! Lady Gaga foi a grande vencedora do MTV Video Music Awards 2010, ocorrido no último domingo (12/09) no Nokia Theater em Los Angeles (Califórnia), com a conquista de oito premiações das treze que concorria, sendo elas: Melhor clipe feminino, “Melhor clipe pop”, Melhor clipe dance”, “Melhor coreografia”, “Melhor direção”, Melhor Edição e “Clipe do ano”, todos com o sucesso “Bad Romance”, além de levar o astronauta de prata também para a categoria “Melhor Colaboração”, com Beyoncé em "Telephone".







Agora, se a quantidade de categorias conquistadas já era de se esperar, os looks – dois deles de Alexander Mcqueen, a quem dedicou seu primeiro prêmio - surpreenderam, especialmente um vestido feito com pedaços de carne crua, que usou ao receber o principal prêmio do VMA, o de “Clipe do Ano”, das mãos da cantora Cher. A ocasião também foi um momento de vitória para a carreira da cantora pop que se tornou a artista feminina a ganhar o maior número de prêmios em uma só noite na história do MTV Video Music Awards. Do mesmo modo, fãs de Gaga puderam conhecer, por meio da própria cantora, o título do próximo álbum “Born This Way”, incluindo um trecho daquele que promete ser o seu novo single.



Seguindo da lista de ganhadores, Eminem, o artista masculino com maior número de indicações, foi contemplado com duas delas, sendo “Melhor clipe masculino” e “Melhor clipe hip hop”, com “Not Afraid”. O evento marcou a volta do artista às paradas de sucesso dos Estados Unidos após uma crise pessoal com drogas e a consagração de “Recovery” como marco de recomeço para ele.

As fãs de Justin Bieber também puderam ir a loucura! O “prodígio canadense”, foi considerado o “Artista Revelação” de 2010 com o single “Baby” feito em parceria com Ludacris e que o lançou para o mercado fonográfico mundial. O grupo 30 seconds to Mars, por sua vez, faturou o prêmio de “Melhor clipe de rock” com "Kings and Queens" e os Black Keys o de “Vídeo Revelação”, por "Tighten Up".

Os prêmios de caráter técnico ficaram para: “Florence & The Machine”, vencedor da categoria “Direção de arte” por "Dogs days are over"; “Melhor Cinematografia” para Jay-Z & Alicia Keys, por "Empire state of mind"; “Efeitos especiais”, para Muse, por "Uprising"; e o de “Descoberta do ano” foi para The Black Keys, por "Tighten up".


NADA DE CONFUSÕES



Sim, tudo ocorreu na mais perfeita ordem dessa vez, isso porque, na edição passada, os telespectadores do VMA puderam presenciar o triste incidente envolvendo Kanye West e Taylor Swift. Como um gesto de absolvição, Taylor Swift entoou a composição Innocent e que serviu também como resposta ao rapper, que encerrou o evento com uma música inédita.

Já na abertura, o público pode presenciar a dupla Eminem e Rihanna – essa com um look muito criticado - interpretando Love the Way You Lie. A banda inglesa Florence and the Machine também fez uma participação especial com a música Dog Days Are Over.E, entre as outras atrações destacaram-se Drake, B.o.B, Hayley Williams (de Paramore) e Linkin Park, cantando do observatório Griffith de Los Angeles e Usher em um momento “Michael Jackson” e que também com o hit “OMG”, numa das melhores apresentações da noite.
